The Dick Agents are three henchmen loyal to Donkey and King Shrek III. When Shrek became king he handed over command of the Dick Agents to Donkey, and charged him with upholding the law, using the Dick Agents in their hunt for non-shrexuals should they run into trouble during their missions.
They encountered the non-shrexual Johal Oddam at the Shrekstival and were about to arrest him when he was rescued by the Homiesexual. The Dick Agents entered a fight with the Homiesexual's bodyguard Tharesa, who ended up killing one, and critically wounding another.
